Al Capone, an American gangsters in the 1930's and was nicknamed scarface because of a fight, he stated, “I am not heartless, I just learned how to use my heart less.” Al Capone was a gangster who had no heart. He never cared about anyone, he was a dangerous person and did not care about what he did. He even chose not to use his heart anymore in what he did as a criminal. Al Capone was a famous criminal in the 1930's. In addition to Al Capone were Bonnie and Clyde, as they were famous for all the crimes they have done together. Lastly, John Dillinger famous bank robber during the Great Depression. Therefore, the 1930's was a very dangerous time filled with famous American criminals such as, Al Capone, Bonnie, Clyde and John Dillinger.
Al Capone was one of the most dangerous American criminals in history. He sold nearly 60 million dollars of illegal liquor to mostly gangsters and when the authorities started to find out, he was basically wanted. Also he hit a girl who was brothers with a gangster and that gangster stabbed him across his cheek and that's when he got the nickname “Scarface”. He ran off before the one gangster called the police and that only made him more wanted by police. During the Great Depression, his name became famous by all the gangsters in town. He then joined the “James Street Boys” and they did a lot of crimes with him. They were famous for stealing things from stores and killing over 20 people. Soon after his long run it came to an end, he was caught by police and was convicted of 22 counts of federal income tax and was sent to Alcatraz prison. Therefore, America was finally free from all the danger Al Capone has COMMITTED.
While some criminal did crimes by themselves, Bonnie and Clyde did very dangerous together. They met in a neighborhood and they already liked each other. A month of dating, Clyde robbed a bank and was later caught by police. Bonnie went to go see him in jail and she somehow gave him a gun and he used it to kill many police officers and escape. They became wanted by police, but they did not care and they did not hide. Almost 2 months later, they and their gang went to go rob a bank. During the robbery, police arrived and they were in a shootout. Bonnie and Clyde killed 9 police officers and they left their gang behind, their whole gang was either dead or hurt. They ran off and police searched the houses and surroundings near the bank. Bonnie and Clyde were long gone and they left the town they were in and went to a new one. They stole a very new expensive automobile and tried to stay away from police. Then police got word that Bonnie and Clyde were living in a house near the woods. Police found the house and they waited for Bonnie and Clyde to arrive. Police then ambushed Bonnie and Clyde and they shot them both in there automobile. Bonnie and Clyde long run was up and everyone no longer had to be afraid to go to a bank.
As well as everyone else, John Dillinger was dangerous because of how fast he can think. John Dillinger was a gangster who was a very sneaky person. He broke out of prison 3 times in less then a year and every time he would, he would go on to rob and kill people. He had a gang called, “Terror Gang” and they were very dangerous during the Great Depression, “page 10”. They killed 10 people and wounded 7 others during a gang fight. As police showed up, him and his gang ran off and hid from police until they thought they were safe for a little bit. Police officers found out that John Dillinger was in the gang fight and he made the most wanted list. About a month later, John and his gang went on to go rob a bank. They wounded a couple of officers, but John was then shot and hurt. He got caught by police and they took him to a hospital, but he then died without saying a word. Everyone was free from the terror John committed during the Great Depression.
